Customer Settlement

Overview

Record the Allocation of receivables against received payment of your customers.

Receivables:

  • The customer payments or credit notes you have to collect against any customer.

Received:

  • The invoices, refunds, or credit note required to receive from your customers.

Create Customer settlement

  1. In the Sales menu, select Customer settlement.
  2. Click “+Add Customer Settlement” to add settlements.
  3. Complete the settlement form.
  4. Click “Save and Continue Edit” to save the settlement as a draft, or click “Save and Approve” to approve or click “Save and Pending” to mark the settlement as pending and enter a new settlement or click “Save and New” to record a new settlement and save the previous one or click “Save and Close” to close the settlement and save the settlement in draft status.
